Pepipommes started in 2011 as a small repair shop for worn-out conveyor rollers in Klang. The first sorting frame we built was welded by hand in a rented shed, and it ran for nine seasons before the client replaced it. 2011 - First Roller Rebuild

2017 - Laser Grading Module

We partnered with an optics lab in Penang to add laser-based defect scanning. The module measured surface blemishes and internal sugar spots without cutting the fruit.

2020 - Heavy-Duty Belt Line

After three years of field data, we launched a stainless steel belt line rated for 12-hour shifts. The frame uses sealed bearings and a tensioning system that holds alignment through temperature swings.

2023 - Integrated Packing Cells
