What changes once the line is in place

Faster throughput on the same floor space

Fewer rejects at the packing station

Less manual handling, fewer injuries

Consistent grading across every shift

Cleaner audits with traceable sorting data

Implementation is staged around your existing line, not around a fixed calendar.

Support channels and response times

Every installation comes with a direct line to the engineers who built it. No ticket queues, no generic helpdesk — you reach the people who know your line.

Week 1-2: Site audit and line mapping

Our engineers visit your facility to measure floor space, check power supply capacity, and map the existing conveyor layout. We also sample apples from your current intake to calibrate the optical sorter settings before anything is ordered.

Week 3-5: Equipment fabrication

Stainless steel frames and belt sections are built to your floor plan. Each module is assembled and tested at our Klang workshop, including the laser scanner alignment and the ejection valve timing, so the line arrives ready to bolt together.

Week 6: Delivery and mechanical install

Modules are delivered on flatbed trucks and craned into place. Our crew handles the bolting, belt tensioning, and drive motor wiring. Most single-line installations take three working days, depending on how much existing equipment needs to be moved.

Week 7: Calibration and operator training

We run test batches of graded apples through the line, adjusting color thresholds and size bins until the output matches your packing specs. Your shift leads get hands-on training on the control panel, cleaning routines, and daily sensor checks.

Week 8: Handover and performance review

After a full week of live production, we review throughput data and defect rejection rates with your team. Any fine-tuning is done on the spot, and we leave you with a maintenance schedule and a direct line to our support engineers.
