How we build your sorting setup

Step 01

Site survey and line audit

We visit your facility, measure floor space, and map the existing flow from bin dump to packing table. This gives us the real constraints: belt widths, elevation changes, and where the sorters can sit without slowing down the rest of the line.

Step 02

Sample testing on our rig

You send a batch of apples from your usual suppliers. We run them through our optical sorter with different camera settings and share the defect report, so you see exactly what the machine catches before you commit to a purchase.

Step 03

Layout drawing and quote

Our engineers draft a scaled layout showing every conveyor section, sorter module, and reject chute. The quote lists each component separately, so you know what you are paying for and what can be added later.

Step 04

Fabrication and bench testing

We build the stainless steel frames and belt sections in our Klang workshop. Before anything ships, the full line is assembled on our floor and run with sample fruit to confirm timing, spacing, and reject accuracy.

Step 05

Installation and operator training

Our crew installs the line at your site, connects the control panel, and calibrates the sorters to your grade standards. Your operators spend two full shifts working with our technician, covering changeovers, cleaning, and daily checks.

Step 06

Follow-up and tuning
