What is included in the kit is deliberately narrow: one sorting module with a stainless steel frame, a calibration set for the optical sensors, and a two-day on-site session where our technicians run test batches through your existing line. The goal is to give your operators measurable data on defect detection rates and throughput before you decide on a wider rollout.

This matters in the Malaysian context because humidity and fruit variety affect how sensors read color and surface texture. A kit that works in a temperate climate may need different calibration settings here. The Starter Service Kit accounts for that with a local calibration profile and a written report at the end of the session.
